The fire service were called to a fire in the bathroom of a property on Vera Street in Taunton at 23:04 last night (Friday).
Two fire crews from Taunton attended.
On arrival the fire crews located the fire and got to work using two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera.
The fire crews extinguished the fire and cleared the property of smoke.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
