We’re using every resource available to us, including the helicopter, to locate and arrest Charlie Broadway but I would appeal directly to him to hand himself in now.
We don’t believe that he poses a significant risk to the wider community but anyone who sees him should not approach him but call us immediately on 999.
We have arrested a man and a woman in connection with this inquiry and they remain in custody.”
