Here at Apple FM we have teamed up with the lovely people at AHA Events Ltd to bring you a fantastic prize for one of the South West’s biggest summer events.

Two lucky winners will each win a pair of tickets for the Yeovilton International Air Day at RNAS Yeovilton on Saturday 7th July.

It couldn’t be more simple to enter. Like our Facebook Page (@AppleFMTaunton), Like and share our Facebook post about this competition and then comment on the post that you have shared it.

You must enter by midday on Friday 8th June to be in with a chance of winning. The winner will be revealed on our Drive-Time show on Friday from 4pm.

Up to 40,000 visitors are expected to visit the Royal Navy’s premier public event at the spiritual home of the Fleet Air Arm. RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day will demonstrate the Maritime Capability and Air Power not only from the Royal Navy but also their sister services – the British Army and the Royal Air Force in their centenary year – and their NATO and European allies. Their aim is to display, either flying or static, the world’s most capable pilots and their aircraft. It is a fantastic opportunity to see some outstanding equipment and meet their professional personnel in a family-friendly environment.

Alongside the magnificent five hour flying display there will also be a huge array of ground attractions, from engineering fairs to the latest defence technology exhibitions, Service displays, trade stalls and arena displays. For the thrill seekers there will be simulators, fairground rides and helicopter pleasure flights to enjoy.
