Looking for something active for the kids to do over half term? Or why not get involved yourself? If you have ever watched Strictly and thought you’d like to give dancing a go, Taunton Brewhouse have organised a whole day of classes for you to try out different styles! It’s a chance to do something new, or enjoy your favourite dance, make new friends, and be guided by some incredible dance teachers. Classes are in Contemporary Dance, Circus Skills, Street Dance, Musical Theatre Dance and Contact Improvisation/Creative Devising, and each one lasts for an hour. There are different classes for each age group. So for:
Ages 8 – 11 start time 9.45am – 4pm
Ages 12 – 16 start time 9.45 am – 4pm
And 17 + start time 11am – 5.30pm
You are asked to bring snacks, a packed lunch and something to drink, and wear loose comfortable clothes you can easily move in. Some classes will be in trainers, others in bare feet or socks.
