Wivey Make Music Day

This is a national free event to encourage people to celebrate and take part in local music.

On Friday 21st, youngsters from the local schools will be taking part in musical sessions and on Saturday 22nd it’s the turn of the whole town!
Preparations are already in place and many local musicians have been booked to take part in what promises to be a fun day.

There will be a parade around mid-day to the town square followed by workshops to encourage people to try out instruments. There will also be performances by a variety of local groups and some busking sessions too. During the evening the event will move to The Cotleigh Brewery for more entertainment, It’s certain to attract many visitors to the town during the day.
